The Leadership Development Network      Effective Leadership is inspiring others to do their best. Leadership Development Network (LDN) uses this definition in all of our leadership development efforts. We believe that when contact is made, leadership occurs. Therefore, every person is a leader, either formally or informally. We focus on increasing leadership effectiveness by advocating a values-based leadership philosophy, creating self-awareness, and developing skills that promote effective interactions between people. Our values, beliefs, and practices differentiate us from the competition. We accept responsibility for ensuring that students understand how to apply the course material to their specific work environment. Therefore, students completing any LDN seminar or course leave with a back-at-work action plan to help ensure transfer of knowledge from the classroom to the work environment. Seminars and courses can be tailored to the specific needs of any organization. In fact, we pride ourselves on our ability to adjust the training to compliment the customer's organizational goals.
