ANSWER: Through Values-Based Leadership! Values-based leadership is self-leadership. It is a skill, and skills such as self-leadership are fundamental to high performance. Self-leadership is epitomized by embracing values-based behaviors. These behaviors can be learned and enhanced through education, training, and habits. Values-based leadership can happen anywhere-in the car, at work, with family, with friends. If you're somewhere where you're behaving, and as long as we're awake, we're behaving, you're in a position to demonstrate values-based leadership. Learning Objectives
