Characteristics of Leadership

This seminar covers 12 dimensions of leadership:  Integrity, Self Renewal, Fortitude, Perceiving, Judgment, Performing, Boldness, Team Building, Collaboration, Inspiring, Serving Others, and Enthusiasm.  Leaders will discover which dimensions they value and use the most, and learn how to use the other dimensions to increase their leadership effectiveness.

This seminar will improve your leadership effectiveness in three ways. You will learn:
