Team Coaching and Conflict Resolution
Almost everything we do is done within the context of a team. However, inspiring individuals to work together as a team is, oftentimes, a difficult task. This seminar looks at several aspects of effective teamwork and your job in coaching the team. We explore the following areas.
- Why some teams succeed and some teams fail
- Some of the pitfalls of a team
- The required skills of an effective team builder
- How to help a team succeed
- How to reduce and resolve conflict on a team
- Results of team members not treating each other with dignity and respect
Additionally, we explore and role-play a six-step mediation process for conflict resolution.

- Summarize and gather solutions
