We all know that the pace of change has greatly accelerated in the last decade. And, it isn't likely to slow down. Helping lead your followers through change is an important leadership role.
This seminar explores four phases of the change cycle. It helps students understand the change process and enables them to complete the process much more quickly and effectively.
Each student will discover their individual approach to change, and identify their most comfortable role in the change process. The seminar will help them work on teams to create, refine, advance and implement new ideas. They will learn how to capitalize on the different strengths of members of their team.
Bottom line: this seminar won't slow the pace of change, but it will help your people deal with change more effectively.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the four phases of the change cycle
- Identify the approach you use in the innovation process
- Identify your most comfortable role in the innovation process
- Develop strategies that will help you work on a team in creating, refining, advancing, and implementing new ideas
- Determine effective ways to balance, integrate, and capitalize on the different strengths of each member of an innovation team
- Prepare a back-at-work action plan
