The "Diversity: Valuing Differences" Seminar approaches the subject in an untypical manner. Law and policy certainly impact diversity issues, and an effective leader will always consider the value that diversity brings to their domain. But this Seminar addresses the subject within the context of Core Values. More specifically the value of "Treating People With Dignity and Respect" - doing right. The Seminar encourages each student to recognize their individual growth potential, and the positive impact they can have by recognizing and resolving potential conflict areas in a positive manner. It strongly encourages individual responsibility for personal growth and development.

Learning Objectives
- Know your Company's diversity strategy, business drivers, and employees' role
- Identify your opinions and feelings about workforce diversity
- Expand your appreciation of, and respect for, individual differences
- Identify potential areas of conflict, and gain insights to achieve positive resolution
- Prepare a back-at-work action plan
This is a four to eight-hour seminar. The length depends upon specific customer objectives
